The first batch of grantees from the AKKBAY (Abot Kamay ang Kolehiyo: isang BAYanihan) Program received financial assistance for the 2022-2023 academic year on June 14, 2023, in a ceremony held at Aseana Hall, Golden Lion Hotel.
Sponsored by the Guanzon Group of Companies in collaboration with PSU’s Student and Alumni Affairs Unit, the AKKBAY Program supports Out-of-School Youth (OSY) in Pangasinan to pursue education at Pangasinan State University.
Fourteen grantees from this inaugural batch are currently enrolled at PSU Lingayen Campus.
