DR. REYNALDO P. SEGUI
(1993 – 1999)
    • Establishment of Pangasinan Post Harvest Handling and Processing Center (PPHPC)

    • Creation of the PSU Development Foundation

DR. RUFINO O. ESLAO
(1988 – 1993)
    • PSU was classified as a Category 1 Institution among SUSCs by the DBM
    • Conceptualized the flagship program for Agricultural Colleges(Infanta, San Carlos and Sta. Maria)
    • PSU Bayambang selected as Regional Teacher Education Center by DECS
    • Establishment of the PSU Federation Alumni
    • Construction of the PSU Training Center
    • Establishment of PSU Computer Center
    • Centralization of operation of the PSU Graduate School

DR. TELESFORO N. BOQUIREN
(1979 – 1988)
    • PSU started to operate upon the issuance of PD 1497
    • Inception of the first PSU Code
    • Integration of the collegiate courses of DECS supervised institution to form the 1st six campuses of PSU
    • Opening of the College of Arts and Sciences in Lingayen, Pangasinan
    • PSU’s Main Administrative Office as transfered from Bayambang to Lingayen at a 4.2 hectrate site, formerly the Magsaysay Stadium donated by the Province of Pangasinan
    • Opening of the College of Engineering in Urdaneta as an extension campus of the College of Arts and Trades in Asingan
