The Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) is a
comprehensive program of identifying, assessing, validating, and assigning equivalent
undergraduate level of prior learning from formal, non-formal and informal training and
relevant work experiences and completion of competency enrichment and other program
requirements toward the final granting of appropriate academic degrees. (CMO 29, s.2021)
ENROLLMENT PROCESS

- Fill up the Application Form and Applicant’s Profile.
- Submit the assessed Credentials or Requirements.
- Pass the face-to-face / online interview.
- Go to the in-charge staff to input enrolment data into the system.
- Pay your fees to the cashier’s office.
- Present your receipt.
- Get the contact information and names of the faculty assigned.
Admission Requirements for New Students:
Submit the following requirements based on the given Evaluation Instrument.

- Updated Resume/ Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with 2×2 picture
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Official Transcript of Records (OTR) / Honorable Dismissal; If High School, Form 137
