ICITME2023
Welcome to the official website of International Conference on Information Technology and Mechatronics Engineering (ICITME 2023). This is the second conference organized by Mechatronics and Robotics Society of the Philippines – Pangasinan Chapter in cooperation with Educators and Researchers’ Association in the Asian Region, Inc., Saveetha School of Engineering, Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, and Pangasinan State University, Lingayen Campus (College of Computing Sciences) which will be the annual forum for researchers and scholars from multiple disciplines to come together to share knowledge, discuss ideas, exchange information, and learn about cutting-edge research in diverse fields with the common theme of information technology and mechatronics engineering.
ICITME is the premier interdisciplinary platform for the presentation of new advances and research results in the fields of Information Technology and Mechatronics Engineering. The conference will bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and scholars in the domain of interest from around the world.

Submit your paper at ICITME2023
Submission Method
Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and it’ll be published in the conference proceedings.
Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral or poster presentation at the conference, but the presentation WILL NOT be published.

Review Process
By submitting a paper to ICITME, the authors agree to the review process and understand that papers undergo a peer-review process. Manuscripts will be reviewed by appropriately qualified experts in the field selected by the Conference Committee, who will give detailed comments and — if the submission gets accepted — the authors submit a revised (“camera-ready”) version that takes into account this feedback.
All papers are reviewed using a single-blind review process: authors declare their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers to see, but reviewers do not know each other’s identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript. The Committees of ICITME invest great efforts in reviewing the papers submitted to the conference and organising the sessions to enable the participants to gain maximum benefit.
Dual Submission
By submitting a manuscript to ICITME, authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed venue including journal, conference, workshop, or archival forums. Furthermore, no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another conference or workshop during the review period. The authors also attest that they did not submit substantially similar submissions to ICITME. Violation of any of these conditions will lead to rejection.
The goals of the dual submission policy is to have exciting new work be published for the first time at ICITME and to avoid duplicating the effort of reviewers.
