University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas, once again, led a comprehensive on-site facilities and infrastructure inspection, March 31, aimed at sustaining quality enhancement efforts across Pangasinan State University’s Bayambang and San Carlos campuses.

The initiative is part of the University’s continuing pursuit of institutional excellence through the development of functional, industry-ready learning environments.

Joined by university officials, Dr. Celeste T. Mercado, Vice President for Quality Assurance, Dr. Liza L. Quimson, PSU Alaminos Campus Executive Director, Dr. Jenylyn Oboza, former Vice President for Quality Assurance, Dr. Cristeta Dulos, Director for Global Citizenship Education, Dr. Ace John Mark Liwanag, Faculty Regent and other key personnel, the university president conducted the evaluation to provide technical guidance on infrastructure improvement and maintenance.

“We are conducting these inspections to ensure that our campuses are equipped to support the evolving needs of our students and faculty, and to further strengthen the quality of education we deliver,” President Galas emphasized during the visit.

The activity began at the Bayambang Campus, coordinated by Campus Executive Director Dr. Madlyn Tingco, before proceeding to the San Carlos Campus under the leadership of Dr. Gudelia Samson, following a structured flow of inspection, walkthrough, and assessment sessions.

This fruitful activity showcases the university’s collective dedication to providing conducive academic spaces and advancing its mandate of producing globally competitive and values-driven graduates.
