To further support well-being, PSU-Asingan Campus hosted a Health and Wellness Day on March 15, 2023, which focused on physical fitness and self-care as tools for mental health.

An energetic aerobics session led by Dr. Tyrone Lopez encouraged faculty and staff to prioritize fitness. Additionally, the event offered free pampering services like massages and haircuts, courtesy of TESDA professionals, allowing employees to relax and recharge.

This holistic approach underscored PSU’s commitment to mental wellness through physical self-care, reinforcing the importance of well-being in maintaining a balanced work environment.
