It is with pride and honor that Pangasinan State University congratulates
DR. JERRY L. CEBALLOS, JR. a faculty member and former Dean of the College of Tourism and Hospitality Management of PSU Lingayen, for having been elected as President of the AHTTEPP.
AHTTEPP or the Association of Hospitality and Tourism Trainers, Educators and Professionals of Pangasinan, is an organization supported by the Pangasinan Provincial Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office (PTCAO).
It is a newly formed organization committed to advancing and standardizing sustainable hospitality and tourism education, training, community extension and research in Pangasinan province.
AHTTEPP’s goals also include: Collaboration (Partnering with educational institutions, industry, and government agencies); Innovation (Supporting research and sustainability initiatives); Global Connection (Connecting with international
organizations to learn best practice); and Cultural Preservation (Fostering a community committed to preserving Pangasinan’s rich cultural heritage.
Additionally, another PSU-HM Faculty member, Dr. April Abalos of San Carlos City Campus, was also elected as Chair of the Grievance Committee.
Dr. Ceballos and the new set of AHTTEPP officers were sworn in by Pangasinan Governor Ramon ‘Mon-Mon’ Guico III during the Tourism Conference held at the Sison Auditorium on September 25, 2024.
