Pangasinan State University (PSU) received the prestigious Global Changemaker Award for its efforts in climate action during the 3rd Global Changemakers Summit held in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
This international event, themed “Innovation, Education and Leadership for Climate Action,” gathered global leaders, including PSU, to discuss solutions for climate challenges. PSU was recognized for its impactful initiatives in mangrove rehabilitation, livelihood training, and climate change education. Additionally, PSU faculty member Ms. Analyn I. Diola, was also awarded and served as a keynote speaker, presenting her research on community resilience and climate education. The summit, organized by Project 100 India with partners Human Harmony Nepal and H&H International Foundation Bangladesh, honored PSU’s dedication to sustainable development and environmental stewardship.
