Staying true in its pursuit to quality operations and transparency, the Pangasinan State University Management convened in full physical attendance on June 11, 2025 for the Second Quarter Administrative and Finance Council Meeting held at the Dr. Telesforo Boquiren Convention Hall.
With a quorum determined by Acting Board Secretary Dr. Aileen Batang, the ππ§π’π―ππ«π¬π’ππ² ππ«ππ¬π’πππ§π, ππ«. ππ₯πππ«π π. πππ₯ππ¬ called the meeting to order at 10 a.m. and presented the provisional agenda and new matters for approval by the Council.
PSUβs five Vice Presidents – – Dr. Manolito C. Manuel for Academics and Student Services; Dr. Razeale Resultay for Research, Extension and Innovation; Dr. Ian D. Evangelista for Local and International Affairs; Dr, Celeste T. Mercado for Quality Assurance and Dr. Rosario DL. Valencerina for Administration and Finance Management – – were all present to personally deliver their Divisionβs manifestation
The OVPASS presented the updates on the graduation ceremony for the Class of 2025 while the OVPQA gave an update on process manuals, ISO and quality assurance undertakings including the recent rank of PSU as 21st in the country for Quality Education in the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings.
Salient points of the Memorandum of Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding were also presented by OVREI, OVPLIA and OVPAFM for information and deliberation.
Approved proposals will be endorsed by the Council to the Board of Regents.
Voting members of the Council include the President, Vice Presidents, Executive Directors of the Campuses, SAS and OUS and University Directors
