Preparations for the 2024 Culture and Arts Festival are now in full swing as PSU promises a good fight in the regional event.
Pertinent papers and documents of PSU contestants, as well as other concerns are being checked and assessed by the committee led by the University Director for Culture and Arts Affairs, Dr. Ramil L. Dacal.
With him gathered at the Main Campus Library are the Culture and Arts Coordinators from the nine campuses and the Registrar of Bayambang Campus, Ms. Myra Encina.
Spearheaded by the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges in Region I (PASUC-R1), the exciting event will be held on March 19-22, 2024 with the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University, Mid La Union Campus (DMMMSU-MLUC) as host university.
