PSU takes part in CHEDRO1’s Project CHANGE with SeeMeSol

The Pangasinan State University took an active part in ‘Project CHANGE: CHEDRO1 and HEIs Acquiring Networks for Global Engagement’ an event spearheaded by the Commission on Higher Education – Regional Office 1.

Higher Education Institution (HEIs) in Region 1 gathered at the Golden Lion Hotel on October 22, 2024, for a jampacked event covering an information session, election of International Relations Officers Council 1 (IROC 1) and MOU signing with SeeMeSoL.

During the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony, 𝑷𝑺𝑼 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑫𝒓. 𝑬𝒍𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒕 𝑴. 𝑮𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒆𝒆𝑴𝒆𝑺𝑶𝑳., 𝑰𝒏𝒄. 𝑭𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑴𝒓. 𝑫𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒅 𝑷𝒂𝒅𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒕, personally attended and inked a new partnership.

SeeMeSOL is a recruitment solution provider in the Philippines, with an aim of bridging the gap between talent sourcing, engagement and recruitment.

𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐑𝐎𝟏 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐍. 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐫 said that as HEIs confront an increasingly competitive job market, the contribution of private organizations such as SeeMeSol is more crucial than ever in enhancing the quality of employability of graduates.

Meanwhile, Mr. David Padgett, led the talk on graduate employability and alumni engagement.
The said event also featured the election of the new set of 2024-2025 officers for IROC 1 and 𝑷𝑺𝑼 𝑫𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑹𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔, 𝑴𝒔. 𝑳𝒆𝒊𝒛𝒆𝒍 𝑴. 𝑫𝒆𝒍 𝑪𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒐, 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒏𝒆𝒘𝒍𝒚 𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝑺𝒆𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒚. Dr. Mee Jay Domingo of Mariano Marcos State University is the new IROC 1 President.

PSU is leaving no stone unturned in pursuing internationalization partnerships as pathways of its graduates in traversing global involvement and in becoming global changemakers.
