The Pangasinan State University held a consultation meeting with the Politeknik Negeri Banyuwangi (Poliwangi) in Indonesia, April 29.
The said online meeting emphasized the promotion of quality education and research through collaboration and partnership.
Vice President for Local and International Affairs, Dr. Ian D. Evangelista representing PSU President Dr. Elbert M. Galas, welcomed the attendees and highlighted the significance of future partnerships specifically to campus host, PSU-Urdaneta City, in engineering programs.
The Head for Poliwangi Cooperation and International Affairs, Dr. Riza Rahimi Bachtiar, laid out the stipulation of the Memorandum of Understating (MOU) to be adopted by the two academic institutions.
Other attendees of the said consultation meeting were Dr. Roy C. Ferrer, Campus Executive Director for PSU Urdaneta, Ms. Liezel M. Del Castillo, Director for International Relations and campus officials of PSU Urdaneta City.
Poliwangi delegates were Director M. Shofi’ul Amin, S.T., M.T. and deans of the University.
The mantra of PSU led by University President, Dr. Elbert M. Galas, towards internationalization is continuously shown in the conduct of partnership with other institutions.
