Excitement filled the air as Pangasinan State University staged the Public Forum in consonance with the search for the most outstanding students dubbed ‘Gawad Parangal para sa Pinakanatatanging Mag-Aaral 2023’ on July 21, 2023.
Now on its 8th year, Gawad Parangal aims to showcase the university’s student-centeredness as well as motivate students to achieve their full potential in all aspects of their lives. It evaluates the finalists’ critical thinking and public speaking skills which will account for 20 percent of the final rating used in the ranking process.
