About 970 students enrolled for Field Study (FS) course gathered for a University-wide Field Study Orientation and Webinar, September 3, 2025.
With the theme โEmpowering Future Educators: A Journey of Growth and Discovery towards Teaching Excellence,โ FS students and internship officials from various campuses joined the orientation in a hybrid format, online for students and in person for officials.
๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐ ๐ผ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐, ๐ซ๐. ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ด. ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐, said that the university has been fine-tuning its curriculum to ensure a holistic approach that meets studentsโ needs, provides interventions in challenging areas of education, and strengthens skills for innovation.
Dr. Oliver F. Gutierrez, Education Program Supervisor, QAD-DepEd RO1, served as the keynote speaker. Dr. Gutierrez shared valuable insights on experiential learning, emphasizing the importance of equipping oneself with the right mindset and a clear sense of purpose.
Internship coordinators of PSU campuses served as the resource speaker. The University internship Office led by Dr. Erna Salazar, spearheaded the said orientation.
