Pangasinan State University officially strengthened its partnership with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement designating all PSU campuses as official PRC Testing Centers.

The MOA was signed by 𝗣𝗦𝗨 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗿. 𝗘𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗠. 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘀 and 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗔𝗿𝗹 𝗥𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗕. 𝗦𝗮𝗰𝗮𝘆-𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼, Director of PRC Regional Office I based in Rosales, Pangasinan, marking a significant milestone in expanding accessible and quality licensure examination venues in the region.

During the signing, Dr. Galas emphasized the University’s commitment to public service and academic excellence, stating that “PSU is honored to serve not only as a center of learning but also as a partner of the government in ensuring accessible, credible and efficient licensure examinations for our future professionals.”

The agreement underscores PSU’s readiness in terms of facilities, integrity and support services to meet PRC standards, ultimately benefiting examinees across Pangasinan and nearby provinces.

This collaboration highlights PSU’s continued role in nation-building by supporting professional development and bringing government services closer to the people.
