Pangasinan Association of Virginia (PAV) Scholars from the nine Pangasinan State University Campus were awarded with their financial grant on July 06, 2022 at the PSU Lingayen Campus.
The awarding of PAV financial grant was headed by Prof. Celeste T. Mercado the Director of Student and Alumni Affairs.
Each scholar receives a total of Php10,000 per year with OJT financial assistance of Php5,000.
