Pangasinan Association of Virginia (PAV) Scholars from the nine Pangasinan State University Campus were awarded with their financial grant on December 08, 2021 at the Dr. Telesforo N. Boquerin PSU Convention Hall.
The awarding of PAV financial grant was headed by Prof. Celeste T. Mercado the Director of Student and Alumni Affairs with all the campus student service coordinators.
