After a long wait, Mr. Joseph B. Gumangan a 3rd year BSBA student of Bayambang Campus has won the On-the-Spot Painting Competition of the SINING AT GALING Culture and Arts Academic Competition.
Mr. Joseph Gumangon was chosen as the winner by the judges unanimously. The guidance of his artistic coach Dr. Clarence Verceles paid off. The competition was held on May 19, 2021, in celebration of the 1st National Higher Education Day and the 27th Anniversary of the Commission on Higher Education.
