Bolstering international alliances, the Pangasinan State University sealed a partnership with the International Student Institute (ISI), an institute that specializes in providing higher education and management services, on August 17, 2023, at the PSU Golden Lion Hotel’s Ylang-ylang Hall.
The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed for the PSU School of Advanced Studies and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Programs for Faculty and International Student Mobility in order to increase the university’s capacity to offer top-notch instruction to students from outside the Philippines in addition to its own constituents.
PSU President Dr. Elbert M. Galas along with former President and incumbent Vice President for Administration and Linkages Dr. Dexter R. Buted, inked the MOA with ISI Representative Mr. Korben Meng and Dr. Carl Zhulei.
The Director for International Linkages Dr. Sally M. Jarin Deputy Director Ms. Odessa Pacaul, Campus Executive Director of Lingayen Campus Dr. Renato E. Salcedo; Director for Extension Services Dr. Armando Junio; Director for Supply Offices Mr. John F. Quinto; and Head for Career and Skills Unit Dr. Regina Santos were also present at the event signing in support of the newly acquired partnership.
Hence, PSU continuously promotes eminent alliances to provide quality education and satisfactory service delivery in the national and international community.
