The Libsong East Senior Citizen Association (LESCA), in collaboration with Pangasinan State University Lingayen Campus, recently conducted an extension activity held on March 14, 2024, at the covered court of the Bliss Homeowners Association. The event aimed to provide seniors in Libsong with a day of pampering and self-care.
The event was organized and facilitated by the faculty members of TVLE, with the help of the students. Together, they planned and initiated activities focused on grooming and wellness, including manicuring, makeup sessions, and therapeutic body massages. The event’s success was greatly helped by the strong support from the office of the University’s extension, the Campus Executive Director and the Campus Extension Unit.
The collaboration between the Libsong East Senior Citizen Association and Pangasinan State University Lingayen Campus exemplifies the spirit of partnership in promoting the well-being of seniors. Together, they have created a memorable experience that celebrates the dignity and vitality of aging gracefully.
