The Pangasinan State University boosted its quest on Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS) certification and management review in the conduct of a writeshop session, July 15-16, 2024.
The said event was participated in by all process owners in the main offices and the Lingayen campus to secure enhancement, revisions and creation of new processes of various EOMS and QMS documents.
Initiated by the ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ข๐๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐, ๐ก๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐. ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ ๐. ๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐๐จ, an enthusiasm for innovation was manifested in the two-day event.
Prof. Mercado emphasized coming up with necessary improvements to have standard guidelines helpful for each office in maintaining quality and efficient management systems.
VP Mercado added โYour cooperation will serve as the backbone for the success of this event.”
Meanwhile, Dr. Charlaine Lopez, former Non-Technical Hea under Monitoring and Evaluation Office, Ms. Shiela Marie Malicdem, former Document Control Custodian, shared their expertise and helped process owners in revisions of forms for EOMS Certification and Management Review.
PSU sets out certification scheduled August 19-20, this year.
