Our PSUnians successfully hurdled the contests and declared champion in two categories in the recently concluded 28th Rodeo Masbateno Festival held in Masbate City.
State Universities from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao fielded their contestants in three categories: Professional, Student-Men and Student-Women categories.
