The Laboratory High School (LHS) of Pangasinan State University – Bayambang Campus (PSU-BC LHS) secured sixth place among 213 schools in the Ilocos Region in the 2023 National Achievement Test (NAT) for Grade 12 learners.
The graduates of batch 2023 achieved a score of 42.46 in Problem-Solving, 53.89 for Information Literacy, and 57.33 for Critical Thinking.
With a total mean percentage score of 51.23, PSU-LHS was recognized for its nearly proficient proficiency level signifying that its students met the minimum level of skills in solving problems, managing and communicating information, and analyzing and evaluating data to comprehend ideas.
The NATG12 evaluated 21st Century Skills covering Problem-Solving, Information Literacy, and Critical Thinking, and the core Senior High School learning areas of Languages, Humanities, Communication, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, and Philosophy, which had a progressive structure of test items in order to measure the proficiency of the students accurately.
