𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐏𝐒𝐔) 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐫. 𝐄𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐌. 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐬 has been appointed as 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 of the 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐬 – 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈 (𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐔𝐂 𝐈), effective June 1, 2025.
Dr. Galas was unanimously voted as PASUC-I President during the May 19, 2025 meeting of the said association held in La Union province.
He will be serving the unexpired term of outgoing PASUC- I President Dr. Jaime I. Manuel, Jr. of DMMMSU until October 2026.
