On July 17, 2024, the ICT Management Office (ICTMO) convened an online Zoom meeting titled “Training for PSU Enrollment Portal for Newly Designated Department Chairpersons and ICTMO Coordinators” as part of our proactive preparation for the 1st Semester SY 2024-2025.
The training began at 9:00 A.M. with a welcome message from Dr. Julius Cesar O. Mamaril, ICTMO Director. He expressed gratitude for University President Dr. Elbert M. Galasโs commitment to innovation and excellence, which inspires the university to elevate its standards and embrace cutting-edge solutions. This virtual hands-on orientation aims to equip every Dean, Department Chair, and ICTMO Coordinator with the skills needed to navigate and utilize the online enrollment system effectively.
Attendees included College Deans, Department Chairpersons, ICTMO Coordinators, Office Staff, and Registrars from all nine campuses, including the Graduate Schools of the School of Advanced Studies (SAS) and Open University Systems (OUS).
Dr. Clark Kim Castro, Head of Systems Administration, led the session, emphasizing the responsibilities of process owners within the PSU-ISMS Campus++ Portal.

Mr. Jonathan Bersabal, Head of DataMobility Corporation (DMC) for the Enrollment System, provided a demonstration on portal-based administrative management for department chair access control, ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด:
– Encoding/uploading of class schedules
– Fixing subject schedules
– Faculty loading and tallying
Participants engaged actively, raising questions and concerns that were addressed promptly to ensure a smooth experience with the system. The meeting effectively showcased the Enrollment Systemโs efficiency for both students and staff, concluding with an impressive turnout of 89 participants from all campuses and the Graduate Schools.
