The Office of Student Services and Alumni Affairs presented the PSU E-CAREER Portal at the meeting with the PESO Association, Inc. on June 16, 2023, at the MDRRMO Building, Sta. Barbara Pangasinan, headed by Villasis LGU-PESO Manager Dr. Arnel Arimas.
The PSU E-CAREER Portal is a new platform designed to help students and alumni navigate their career paths more effectively. With this portal, users can access a range of resources, including job listings, career advice, and networking opportunities. The OSAA hopes that this portal will help to bridge the gap between education and employment, providing students with the tools they need to succeed in today’s competitive job market. By presenting this portal at the organizational meeting of the PESO Association, Inc., the office hopes to gain support from local employers and community leaders who are invested in helping young people succeed.
Ultimately, the success of this initiative will depend on widespread adoption and engagement from both students and employers alike. The said activity was attended by DOLE officials and PESO managers in the Pangasinan, who expressed their support for the PSU E-CAREER Portal.
