PSU-Sta. Maria Campus celebrated Women’s Month on March 30, 2023, with wellness activities focused on gender inclusivity and mental well-being. The Gender and Development Unit offered a range of spa services and fitness activities, giving teaching and non-teaching staff an opportunity to unwind and feel valued. Additionally, PSU Lingayen Admission and Guidance Office through its social media platform features regular mental health content, including posts on managing stress, overcoming burnout, and maintaining a positive mindset.
