Pangasinan State University delegates, Golden Lions, dominated several sports events in the recently concluded 2025 Mid-year Sports and Socio-cultural Festival of the Association of State Colleges and Universities – Solid North (ASCU-SN).
PSU President Dr. Elbert M. Galas congratulated PSUnians on their latest achievement, noting that the university’s workforce continues to embody the holistic qualities of exemplary leadership.
Dr. Galas who is also the President for 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐬 – 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈 (𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐔𝐂 𝐈), extended his greeting to all participating employee-athletes for exemplifying sportsmanship in building unity.
“In the end, we are all champions. Showing up for this week-long sports event is not just about competition, but also about the friendly process of building connections. We are ONE,” Dr. Galas shared.
Together with Pres. Galas, were Vice Presidents Dr. Rosario DL. Valencerina, Dr. Razeale G. Resultay, Dr. Celeste T. Mercado, Dr. Weenalie T. Fajardo, Dr. Ian D. Evangelista, and directors Dr. Arlene B. Kon-ek, Dr. Ramil L. Dacal, leading the PSU team.
