n today’s flag ceremony, Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Chairperson Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis recapped the Commission’s achievements under the ACHIEVE Agenda in 2025. In just seven months, significant milestones have already been reached, demonstrating early progress across key priority areas. She challenged everyone to move beyond accomplishments and reaffirm a genuine commitment to ACHIEVE—by carrying its principles into everyday work and public service.
