The Professional Regulatory Commission and the Professional Regulatory Board of Architecture jointly recognized Pangasinan State Universityโs alumnus who clinched the Top 1 spot in the June 2025 licensure examination.
๐๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ก๐ถ๐ ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐ผ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ฎ, a graduate of PSU Urdaneta City Campus earned the highest average of 88.10 percent among 1,352 passers and 2,075 takers in the country.
In the face-to-face oath taking ceremony dubbed โLikawโ, the PSUnian Topnotcher was awarded a medal and a certificate of recognition and was given the spotlight to give an inspirational speech.
Mabanta was accompanied by ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ฟ. ๐๐น๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐ . ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐ and his parents in the ceremonies that transpired on July 19, 2025 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.

Mabanta is a two-time topnotcher having earlier clinched the Top 2 spot in the Master Plumber Examination in 2023.
