PSUnians, we have another reason to celebrate!
The Pangasinan State University has been accepted as an Associate Member of the ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) Council.
In a letter sent by Dr. Thanapan Laiprakobsup, Acting Executive Director of AUN, he congratulated and welcomed PSU to the AUN-QA Family.
“We look forward to cooperating with you and your institution to foster quality education in our region and beyond,” the AUN letter stated.
It can be remembered that on May 16, 2025, PSU, led by UniversIty PresIdent Dr. Elbert M. Galas, pushed for the membership through the submission of necessary documents and intensive trainings in Thailand.
President Galas added that PSU’s membership in AUN -QA is a manifestation of the university’s commitment to quality service delivery and will redound to the benefit of the students in giving them a great advantage in employment opportunities.
