In a striking display of meticulous planning and unwavering commitment to academic excellence, Pangasinan State University unveils its strategic allocation of teaching and non-teaching personnel across its campuses. With a total of 924 dedicated faculty and staff, the university reaffirms its position as a leading institution for knowledge and education.
At the Alaminos Campus, a teaching faculty of 40 professionals leads the way. An additional four non-teaching staff members diligently ensure the seamless operation of the campus, combining for a total of 44 personnel, serving various educational roles.
Meanwhile, Asingan Campus strikes a harmonious balance with 35 teaching staff members and 13 non-teaching personnel. Together, they work in concert to create an enriching academic atmosphere, resulting in a combined strength of 48 personnel.
In Bayambang Campus, it emerges as a pivotal contributor to the teaching workforce. It boasts a formidable assembly of 128 teaching staff members, complemented by 44 non-teaching professionals dedicated to upholding the university’s mission of fostering academic excellence. This campus collectively contributes 172 personnel to PSU’s educational endeavor.
Likewise in Binmaley Campus, it fosters a nurturing educational environment with 33 teaching staff members and 19 non-teaching personnel who collaborate seamlessly. The campus combined personnel stand at 52.
At Infanta Campus, a dedicated team of 27 teaching professionals and 21 non-teaching staff members continues to provide students with valuable educational experiences, totaling 48 personnel.
While in Lingayen Campus, as the largest in the PSU constellation, showcases an impressive teaching cohort of 176 educators. They are backed by a dedicated non-teaching team of 12 professionals, reaffirming their commitment to the highest academic standards. The grand total of personnel for Lingayen Campus is an impressive 188.
Even the Main Campus, while more modest in size, plays an indispensable role with its five teaching staff members. It is further supported by a substantial non-teaching workforce, consisting of 83 professionals who play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the institution. This campus’s combined personnel amount to 88.
Renowned for its academic prowess, San Carlos Campus employs 74 teaching staff members and 17 non-teaching personnel who meticulously uphold the university’s high standard of education. The total personnel for San Carlos Campus stands at 91.
Also in Sta. Maria Campus, it contributes significantly to the academic mission with its teaching workforce of 49, complemented by 22 non-teaching positions. This campus’s combined personnel total 71.
Lastly, Urdaneta Campus demonstrates a well-balanced academic team, featuring 108 permanent teaching staff and 14 temporary non-teaching staff members, ensuring a comprehensive and well-rounded education for its students. This allocation results in a total personnel count of 122 for Urdaneta Campus.
