The Pangasinan State University management led by University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas, paid a courtesy visit to the newly-appointed Commissioner of the Commission on Higher Education, Dr. Ricmar P. Aquino.
Dr. Aquino served as the President of Isabela State University prior to his appointment as CHED Commissioner.
Sharing in the jubilation of the visit were Vice Presidents Dr. Ian D. Evangelista (OVPLIA) and Dr. Celeste T. Mercado (OVPQA), Board Secretary Aileen Batang, Executive Director Phillip Queroda of OUS and Internship Director Dr. Erna Salazar.
Also present at the CHED meeting were CHED Regional Directors Dr. Jimmy Catanes of NCR and Dr. Christine Ferrer of Ilocos Region.
The PSU community expresses its full support to the passion and desire of Comm. Aquino in elevating further the quality of education in our country and in promoting excellent service delivery.
