Chaired by the University President, Dr. Elbert M. Galas, a meeting was held to finalize the Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP), July 22, 2024.
In the meeting, Campus Executive Directors of the nine campuses including the School of Advanced Studies and Open University Systems led the presentation of each crafted PPMP for the year 2025.
Dr. Galas together with the Chief Administrative Officer for Finance, Dr. Jeanilyn L. Villanueva, Vice President Dr. Jenylyn Oboza, Director for Procurement Services Mr. Noli Mirador and the Chief Administrative Officer for Administration, Dr. Ian D. Evangelista, closely monitored the needed adjustment and changes to secure just, equal and equitable distribution of funding.
PSU’s five Divisions headed by Vice Presidents, Dr. Manolito C. Manuel (OVPASS), Dr. Razeale G. Resultay (OVPREIGN), Prof. Celeste T. Mercado (OVPQA), Dr. Jenylyn V. Oboza (OVAFM) and Dr. Ian D. Evangelista (OVPLUA) also presented their PPMPs.
As PPMP signifies its importance in the university’s management system, PSU led by Dr. Elbert M. Galas, believes that through the said meeting, a transparent leadership is also manifested.
