University Officials and unit heads took another step for professional growth through the four-day Supervisory Development Course or SDC Track 1, May 20-23, 2025.
The said SDC targeted the enhancement of supervisory and managerial skills of university leaders and middle managers to help them become efficient, effective and accountable in the operations of the organization’s goals, programs, projects, plans, and policies.

The Human Resource Development and Management Office spearheaded this year’s SDC Track 1 in collaboration with the Civil Service Commission Regional Office 1.
Speakers for the said course training include Mr. Paterno C. Laboy , Dir. Hedy Jose B. Lardizabal, Chief HRS Jerwin R. Linsangan, and Ms. Janette C. Asis.
