University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas, along with university officials graciously ushered in the leadership of Auditor Abraham F. Junio and the members of the audit team namely Ms. Baby Girl Maita Adriano and Ms. Bridgette Rose Palaganas.
President Galas said that as an academic institution, PSU teaches its students to become good, responsible and accountable leaders, the traits that PSU embodies in all its financial and administrative transactions and processes.
Additionally, President Galas expressed his profound gratitude to former Audit Team Leader for PSU, Atty. Gretchen L. Escano who is now assigned to a different agency.
It can be remembered that PSU held an official turnover ceremony of audit leadership on December 12, 2025.
Meanwhile, Auditor Junio said the audit entrance conference is a crucial step in the financial and compliance audit process as its serves as a platform for the Audit Team and the Agency’s Management to engage and ensure a comprehensive understanding of the audit engagement and other pertinent matters.
“This conference also aims to declare the expectations alf the Audit Team from the management with regards to the audit results and other areas of concern,” Auditor Junio added.
