The newly-hired and promoted personnel of Pangasinan State University were given an orientation on the run-through of the university at the Dr. Telesforo Boquiren Convention Hall on Monday.
Dr. Loren B. Echalar (Director of Human Resource Management and Development Office) and Ms. Liezel Del Castillo (Head of Learning and Development Unit) led the said event to fulfill their PSU’s objective on its human resource; to provide a culture that empowers and builds the capabilities of the workforce.
This event was a positive motivation scheme for PSUnians for it allowed them to be acquainted with their fellow employees and for them to be aware of the performance management process, taxation guidelines, and policies and procedures on compensation and benefits.
Said employees were formally designated in their respective positions last July 2, 2021, in an oath-taking ceremony.
With this year’s mantra, “moving forward together,” the administration pursues more platforms in fortifying the professional development of its workforce for progressive accolade of the university.
