In support to Operations and General Administration and Support, the University project enrolment and management process are reinforced by the Planning Unit to guarantee a more systematic and organized internal mechanisms from proposal to execution of University-wide projects.

To ensure the seamless planning and execution of Institutional projects, PSU officials convened through an orientation-workshop on November 9 at the Don Telesforo Boquerin Convention Hall, PSU-Main Office.

Led by Dr. Maria Corazon B. Puzon, VP for Planning and Finance Management, the orientation workshop on the Project Enrolment and Management Processes underscored the proper

guidelines on the proposal, endorsement, implementation, and funding of infrastructure and noninfrastructure projects of the University.

The daylong event highlighted a 6-point agenda that featured the ‘Project Enrolment Process (TRIP and PIPOL SYSTEM), Project Management Process,’ by Mr. Gregorio Delos Angeles Jr., and Dr. Madlyn Tingco; ‘Budget Priorities Framework BP 202 (Project Profile),’ by Ms. Jesille Q. Viernes, Director for Budget Management; ‘Documentary Requirement for the Tier 2 Proposals,’ by Ms. Jeanilyn L. Villanueva, Director for Accounting Services; ‘Engineering Requirements for Infrastructure Projects,’ by Engr. Isagani M. Victorio, Director for Infrastructure Planning and Dev’t; ‘Crafting Annual Procurement Plan,’ by Atty. Darius B. De Guzman, Director for University Legal Services, BAC Secretariat; ‘Expanded Project Proposal Format,’ by Engr. Richard M. Rivera, Senior Economic Dev’t Specialist of Project Dev’t, Investment Programming, and Budgeting Division.

The set guidelines and processes guarantee more systematic and organized internal mechanisms from proposal to execution of University-wide projects.
