Pangasinan State University convened a seminar entitled “Quality Assurance in Higher Education: Premise, Principles, and Practicesโ at Dr. Telesforo N. Boquiren Convention Hall on May 15, 2024. Prof. Celeste T. Mercado, OIC-Vice President for Quality Assurance led the seminar with an inspiring message before the event delved into the critical connection between educational quality and institutional oversight.
