Rising from the grueling screening process and claiming the coveted title for the third consecutive year for PSU-Bayambang Campus was Reymark M. Galsim, a fourth-year Bachelor of Science in Business Administration student. In his message, Galsim shared his journey in reaching his dreams with all the hard truths and debacles of life he braved upon fulfilling his studies.

In a deeply felt parting shot, Galsim offered his victory the other awardees and students who brawl on their uphill battles and reminded them to cling to their goals and believe in the power of their dreams.

He also expressed boundless gratitude to everyone who lent a hand and stood behind his back throughoutβ€”his family, confidants, teachers, and campus community.

The roster of equally commendable students across the nine (9) campuses constituted: Rosemarie c. Caranay (Alaminos City Campus), Christine Joy D. Carrera (Binmaley Campus), Je-Ann Z. De Vera (Lingayen Campus), Roel G. Agonias (Sta. Maria Campus), Bill Kimpert Pacleb (Urdaneta Campus), and awarded β€œNatatanging Mag-aaral” Ronald Macaraeg (San Carlos City Campus) and Melissa C. Castillo (Asingan Campus). Serving a paramount purpose, the β€œPinakanatatanging Mag-aaral” personifies the Golden Lion Spirit of determination and courage despite all odds and uncertainties and stands as a symbol of inspiration to the PSUnian community.
