Interested applicants should signify their intention to apply by submitting their application documents and credentials together with their application letters addressed to ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐ง ๐. ๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐, ๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐๐ซ-๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง not later than ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐ (๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐) for pre-qualification assessment:
a. Personal Data Sheet (2017 Revised Form) MUST be properly accomplished and notarized;
b. Copy of Transcript of Records & Diploma;
c. Certification of work experience;
d. Copy of appropriate eligibility;
e. Last performance rating from current/previous employer; and
f. Copy of related training/seminar certificates.
Application documents may either be mailed via courier or dropped physically at the HRMD Office, PSU- Main Office in Lingayen, Pangasinan. Submission of application may also be done electronically thru the online job portal via the HRMDO’s HRIS Job Portal.
Moreover, ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ to submit ๐๐๐ the required documents shall be a ground for non-inclusion in the roster of applicants.
