Christmas just got merrier for PSUnians as additional cash incentive in the form of the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) Bonus gets a go signal, made possible during the signing of the agreement between the Administration and the Faculty Association on December 4.
The much awaited news of CNA bonus was signed by University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas as witnessed by former President and now Vice President for Administration and Finance Management, Dr. Dexter R. Buted and University Budget Officer Ms. Jeanilyn Villanueva.
The Employees and Faculty Associations were represented by Faculty Regent Ace John Mark P. Liwanag and the association’s public relations officer Ms. Rhegina Tubera.
The CNA bonus will be received by PSUnians as soon as approval from the Board of Regents is secured.
The annual CNA incentive is a one-time benefit granted to government employees as stipulated in Administrative Order No. 135 series of 2005 and Budget Circular No-2023 -1 dated November 10, 2023.
