The spirit of camaraderie echoed through the pine-scented air as the Campus Barkadahan of PSU San Carlos Campus is held in the picturesque setting of Baguio City.
The collaboration between the initiative of Dr. Liza L. Quimson, Campus Executive Director, that was facilitated by Mr. Glein H. Tolentino, Planning Coordinator and Faculty Association President, along with the undeniable efforts of the hardworking Faculty Association officers, guaranteed the success of the event.
This event reflects the power of academic community-building. It also provided an opportunity for faculty members and staff to have stronger connections beyond the four corners of the campus.
Further, the three college deans, Dr. Myra C. Catungal (College of Education), Dr. Juliet V. Menor (College of Hospitality Management, Business Administration, and Computing) and Dr. Balbina R. Gutierrez (College of Agriculture), amplified the success of the Campus Barkadahan as their collaborative efforts greatly encouraged the participation of their constituents.
As the participants were immersed in the various activities where they shared moments of laughter and unity, it became evident that this initiative laid lasting bonds that extend far beyond the academic setting.
