The PSU DOST1 Food Innovation Center provided lectures and processing demonstration of mango processed products to mango farmers and processors of San Carlos City, Pangasinan last March 25, 2023. The said training was sponsored and facilitated by the Department of Trade and Industry – Pangasinan (DTI Pangasinan) in collaboration with LGU – San Carlos City.
This training aims to provide cooperative members on the technical processing techniques of making mango candy, mango jam and mango chutney.
