To address the concern on sexual assault and violence, with most cases involving rape, Philippine National Police (PNP) San Carlos City launched a project named SAGIP (Sama-sama, Alagaan, Gabayan ang bawat isa para ma-Iwasan ang Panggagahasa) on October 24, 2023 at the Schools Division Office Training Center, Roxas Boulevard, San Carlos City.
The Campus Executive Director (CED), Dr. Liza L. Quimson, and Gender and Development (GAD) Coordinator, Dr. Cristina L. Javier, stood shoulder-to-shoulder at the launch of SAGIP in a united front to champion gender equality and community safety.
