Each scholar received P5,000 per semester for School Year 2023 to 2024, totaling P10,000.

The provincial chief executive also revealed that for the first time in the history of Pangasinan, the provincial budget amounted to more than 7.1-billion pesos, thus the province can afford to give scholarships, he added.
