Attended by university officials, the said meeting prepared the prime movers in the formulation of the ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐๐ง๐ฏ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ฌ (๐๐๐) and the ๐๐ก๐ซ๐๐-๐๐๐๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ฌ (๐๐๐๐).
