Pangasinan State University’s ‘The Reflector’, the official student publication of Bayambang Campus, clinched the overall championship or the Top Performing Institution title among 27 Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Region 1 at the 23rd Regional Higher Education Press Conference (RHEPC) held at Puerto de San Juan, in La Union province, February 19-21.
The Reflector staffers clinched 1st place in several group and individual competition categories as well as in special awards.
Moreover, Karishma Gupta of Bayambang Campus was adjudged as Ms. RHEPC 2025.
Incidentally, the overall Top 3 spots were dominated by PSU with Alaminos City Campus’ ‘University Frontier’ coming in second and Urdaneta City Campus’ ‘Technoscope’ as 3rd placer. The six other campuses of PSU also obtained notable ranks in this regional journalism contest (𝒔𝒆𝒆 𝒔𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚)
