Pangasinan State University President, Dr. Elbert M. Galas, personally welcomed the team from the Civil Service Commission – Regional Office I for a school visit, May 9, 2025.
In stipulation, the CSC Internal Audit Service (IAS) led the conduct of the said visit on rooms or facilities used for the Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) held for the period CY 2022-2024.
“The visit aims to interview any available personnel who were assigned at least once from said examination schedules as test administrators, particularly as school coordinator, room examiner, proctor, utility, and security guard,” the CSC said.
PSU Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO) personnel headed by Ms. Shiela Marie Malicdem along with Dr. Flordeliza C. Bugtong, Director IV, CSC-Field Office Western Pangasinan, were in attendance during the visit.
