Pangasinan State University extends its gratitude to the Local Government Unit of Lingayen for recognizing and commending the university for its ISO 21001:2018 or Educational Organization Management System accreditation.
Through Resolution No. 1286, S 2025 during the regular session of the Sangguniang Bayan held on April 21, 2025, it was “resolved to congratulate and commend PSU for its landmark achievement as the FIRST State University in the Philippines to be ISO 21001:2018 Certified, thereby upholding the standards of quality education and organizational management”
In the fifth paragraph of the same Resolution, it was also stipulated that “under the dynamic leadership of University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas, the PSU community has exemplified excellence, innovation and resilience, continuously pursuing development initiatives aligned with international standards.”
